Team Update: New Appointment and Promotions
We’re pleased to share several important team updates at Greenridge, marking another step forward in the continued growth and evolution of the business. These changes reflect both the strength of our platform and our ongoing focus on building the capabilities required to support our investors and long-term strategic objectives.
Sam Woodward joins Greenridge
We’re delighted to confirm that Sam Woodward has joined Greenridge as Director this month, strengthening our business development capabilities. Sam will be based in Greenridge’s Dubai office to support our business development efforts and broaden our geographical investor footprint further afield also.
Sam brings extensive experience in real estate investing and capital raising across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Greenridge, he was at LendInvest Capital, a listed UK real estate asset manager, where he specialised in development and bridging finance before moving into the funds business. He went on to lead the firm’s capital raising function, working closely with institutional and private investors across a range of real estate strategies.
Sam brings a holistic approach to fundraising, combining deep technical knowledge of underlying assets with a strong understanding of investor requirements, enabling him to build long-term relationships and originate new capital for Greenridge.

Promotions within the Greenridge team
We are also pleased to announce two well-deserved promotions within the business.
Jim Hartley has been promoted to Director, Head of Asset Management. Jim has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound commercial judgement, and a deep understanding of our assets and operating partners. This promotion formalises the responsibilities he has already been undertaking and positions the asset management function strongly as we continue to scale.

George Parry has been promoted to Associate Director, Investment in recognition of his achievements since joining the business. George has made an immediate and meaningful impact across analysis, execution, and internal processes, and has played an important role in transactions across our UK commercial real estate portfolio.
