Bik co-founded Greenridge in 1994 alongside Paul Simmons. With over 40 years of entrepreneurial and investment experience, Bik brings a deep understanding of value creation and portfolio optimisation. He continues to play a key role in shaping Greenridge’s investment performance, transaction structuring, and risk management. Bik sits on Greenridge’s Investment Committee.

Paul co-founded Greenridge in 1994 alongside Bik Bhuptani. Having helped scale the business from a private property investor into an institutional-quality investment manager, his key focuses include business development, capital-raising and strategic planning. Paul’s deep industry networks ensure he has a continued role in deal origination, and he sits on Greenridge’s Investment Committee.

Alex joined Greenridge in 2018 as Partner, bringing over 20 years of experience in UK commercial property investment and asset management. He previously spent nine years as Fund Manager at Kames Capital, co-managing the Kames Property Income Fund, and six years at Aviva Investors overseeing institutional property portfolios. At Greenridge, Alex plays a central role in sourcing, structuring, and managing investments, leveraging deep sector expertise to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and long-term income for investors.

Mazen joined Greenridge’s board in 2023, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership, including senior roles at a leading Saudi bank and board positions across national and international organisations. He provides strategic oversight on corporate governance and commercial development in the MENA region, leveraging expertise in corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and structured finance. A skilled consensus-builder and negotiator, Mazen has a track record of facilitating partnerships between global companies, investors, and government bodies. His guidance strengthens Greenridge’s governance framework and supports its long-term growth objectives across diverse markets.

Simon joined Greenridge in 2024 as Finance Director, bringing over 15 years’ post-qualified experience in private equity, fund management, and real estate investment. He has held senior finance roles at Edmond de Rothschild, Castleforge, and several growth-stage platforms, overseeing substantial AUM expansion, operational scale-up, and governance. At Greenridge, Simon manages financial strategy, reporting, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring robust capital management to support the firm’s investment ambitions. His track record spans both established institutions and entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a distinctive perspective on value creation.

Ayse has been Executive Assistant at Greenridge since 2016, supporting the leadership team and keeping projects and priorities on track. With over 15 years of board-level experience, including senior PA roles at Computacenter and Rank Group, she is known for her organisational expertise, discretion, and ability to build strong relationships that help deliver the firm’s strategic goals.

He previously served as Director at Meadow Partners and held senior roles at Mitheridge Capital Management, leading business development and investor relations initiatives. Earlier in his career, James was a Senior Associate at Partners Capital, working with institutional and private investors. His expertise spans fund structuring, capital strategy, and fostering long-term investor partnerships to support portfolio growth.

She previously managed office operations at Creandum and spent over five years at Babcock International Group, gaining extensive experience in administration, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Holly plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and organisational alignment across the business.

With over two decades of UK and European commercial real estate experience, Tracey leads Debt Finance at Greenridge, responsible for originating and navigating complex loan and liability structures. Before joining, she honed her expertise at Abrdn, Capita Asset Services, and BNP Paribas, consistently closing transparent, efficient financing deals. At Greenridge, Tracey enables strategic acquisitions through robust funding solutions, reinforcing the firm’s disciplined approach to capital management and expansion.

Jim joined Greenridge in 2023 as Property Investment Manager, responsible for the performance, strategy, and day-to-day management of its UK commercial real estate portfolio. He has more than 20 years’ experience across investment and asset management, including senior roles at Aegon Asset Management, where he led the European team and managed the Kames Active Value Property Unit Trust, and at Tilfen Land, ING Real Estate Investment Management, and Hunters Property Consultants. Jim’s career spans fund management, strategic asset planning, and operational delivery across retail, office, and mixed-use assets.

Alison joined Greenridge in 2020 as Property Investment Manager, overseeing the performance and strategy of assets within the firm’s UK commercial real estate portfolio. She brings over two decades of sector experience, including 14 years as Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management and a period as Fund Manager at Canada Life. Alison’s expertise spans fund and asset management, investment strategy, and long-term portfolio optimisation, underpinned by a track record of delivering consistent returns across market cycles.

George joined Greenridge in 2025 as an Investment Associate, focussing on deal analysis, structuring, and execution across the firm’s UK commercial real estate portfolio. He brings experience from Meadow Partners, where he was also an Investment Associate, and from Investec, where he worked in structured property finance. George is a trustee of the St Clement Danes Holborn Estate Charity and founding director of the Get Exploring Trust, reflecting his commitment to social impact alongside his real estate career.

Her career spans senior marketing positions with British Land, HS1 Ltd, and Colliers International, as well as creative consultancy for global brands. Katie has delivered high-profile B2B and B2C campaigns, large-scale events, and digital strategies that drive engagement and growth. Her expertise in content creation, project management, and multi-channel marketing supports Greenridge’s brand presence and investor communications.
