Greenridge welcomes Will Shortridge & Katie Richardson
We’re delighted to welcome two new members to the growing team at Greenridge, further strengthening our capabilities across asset management and investor relations.
Welcoming Will Shortridge, Asset Manager
Will Shortridge joins Greenridge as an Asset Manager, responsible for the delivery of asset management strategies across the UK portfolio.
Will brings more than 10 years’ experience spanning asset management, acquisitions and property advisory roles. Prior to joining Greenridge, he held positions at Cube Asset Management (formerly Atlantic Leaf), where he helped develop and implement an industrial value-add strategy. Will has further experience in acquisitions with Pan Albion and began his career in advisory roles at Hartnell Taylor Cook.
His experience spans all sectors including industrial & logistics, office, retail and residential assets across the UK, bringing a broad and commercially focused perspective to Greenridge’s portfolio management activities.
Welcoming Katie Richardson, Investor Relations Associate
Katie Richardson joins Greenridge as an Investor Relations Associate, bringing experience across real estate investment, asset management and investor relations within pan-European markets.
Before joining Greenridge, Katie was part of the team at Fairway Capital, where she played a key role in the investor relations activity and supported capital raising efforts across Europe and the MENA region. Prior to this, she progressed from graduate to Investment Analyst at M7 Real Estate, working across multi-sector European funds.
An MRICS member, Katie combines asset management expertise with strong investor communications and fundraising experience, helping to build trusted relationships and support Greenridge’s growing capital base.

The appointments reflect Greenridge’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening both its operational and investor-facing capabilities. As the business continues to expand its portfolio and relationships across the market, Will and Katie bring valuable experience that will support the next phase of growth for the firm and its investors.
